Super Easy Deviled Egg Party Tray

OK, so I'm cheating a little bit with this one. I raise chickens, so this was a pretty cheap party tray for me. The eggs are farm fresh from my backyard and free! However, if you don't have any cluck cluck's of your own, you can definitely use store bought ones here.

Disclaimer: I am a Pampered Chef consultant, so I've included links to the Pampered Chef tools I've used in this recipe also. If you'd like to find out how to get any or all of these items totally free! Just email me at afrugallife@yahoo.com.

Let's get partying!

Super Easy Deviled Egg Party Tray

Ingredients
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of pickle relish
  • 2 jars of black olives
  • 1 stack green onion

Directions

  1. Boil and peel deviled eggs. (I steam mine in the Pampered Chef Multi-Cooker for perfect egg yolk color and texture)
  2. Slice each egg in half and place the egg yolk in a separate bowl
  3. Add pickle relish and ranch dressing to the egg yolks.
  4. Use a manual food processor or hand mixer to combine egg yolk mixture well. (Add additional ranch dressing if necessary to make the mix more creamy.
  5. Scoop yolk into each egg half with a tablespoon
  6. Slice 6-8 olives in rounds.
  7. Place one round on each egg.
  8. Slice green onion and place 2-3 green onion slices on eggs.
  9. Place the remaining olives in both cans in the middle of the egg tray
  10. Sprinkle remaining green onions over the olives.
