I've been wanting to try vinyl wall art on the wall ever since I saw it at a friends house over a year ago. Since then I've been stalking wall art websites and making wish lists in my head.
So I was super happy to receive the above tribal wall art from Wall Spirit to review. I choose the one pictured above but in Black. The one I got is slightly smaller than the one pictures above, they come in several sizes.
It comes rolled in a square box and comes with directions and an application tool. The application tool is a small plastic scraper. The graphic was large so it took too of us to apply but it was very easy. First my husband pinned it in place on the living room wall where we wanted it. Then he took one of the pins out and pulled the back paper off one small section. He slowly pressed the graphic to the wall starting from one side and moving across, while I pulled the paper off. As he pressed it to the wall he used the application tool to smooth out any creases or bubbles.
As soon as the graphic was entirely on the all, we pulled the second layer off, leaving just the black graphic tribal on the wall. We had to pull it rather slowly and continue to use the application tool to make sure the graphic stuck entirely. It took about 5 minutes all together.
The result is great. It looks really professional and nice, it looks like an artist painted it right on the wall. I'm incredibly pleased with the product and the result.
Other Wall Spirit products I like:
Elf - Wall Tattoo
To Do List - Blackboard & Whiteboard

Thank you for your review! I've been wanting to try some wall decalls but have been hesitant b/c I didn't know if they were worth the $ or if they would look good.
ReplyDeleteDon't know if you use Groupon (I do not work for them, by the way, so this isn't some marketing ploy) - but they have a deal today for 67% off at this site.
Mine is not sticking.....grrrr.....any suggestions
