It's scarily close to that time of year to start thinking about Halloween costumes. Anytimecostumes.com most generously sent us the Tween Devil Costume above for review. Isn't it adorable? The red and black detailed dress would be just a really cute dress for a party anytime. It comes will all the accessories too, devil wings, horn, devil tail, mini pitchfork, black fishnet glovettes and leggings. At $39.99 it's a great deal for a full costume with accessories.
